Why Babu And Pawan Kalyan Efforts Getting Ruined?

The top leadership of the Andhra Pradesh government led by chief minister Chandrababu Naidu and deputy CM Pawan Kalyan is in synchrony. The two of them have been repeatedly emphasising on public friendly governance and have been walking the talk.

For instance, we have the case of Chandrababu, who is visiting the rural parts of Andhra Pradesh on a monthly basis to distribute the pension money. Even at the age of 75+ Chandrababu is increasingly active in the public arena. Apart from that, he is even taking part in the party level meetings, and activities almost on a bi-weekly basis.

On the other hand, we have the deputy chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan, who is playing his part to the fullest capacity as well.

In fact, Kalyan had even gone to the very extremes of the tribal regions in the agency area to partake in the Janasena plenary. He then took the occasion to explain the good deeds of the NDA government, and how they are ready to listen to their problems, unlike previous CM Jagan who barely came out in the public.

While the top leadership including chief minister and the deputy chief minister is so very proactive when it comes to public friendly governance, the executive leadership of MLAs and MPs is where things appear to be going wrong.

There are these certain occasions of a few MLAs getting caught in women scandals, and others facing corruption complaints. And the most recent one is including an MP, who got caught in a drug case.

On paper, this might not sound too different from the previous YCP administration, which also had its MLAs caught in scandals and corruption activities and an MLC even caught in a murder case. But the top leadership was not reciprocal of this as no steps were taken against them, which reflected in the party getting uprooted from power.

And now, if we come back to the NDA alliance, it is this sheer hard work of Chandrababu and Kalyan, which brought this alliance to power. After all the hard work that was put up by these two main men, it is sad to see the MLAs and MPs not able to live up to their end and maintain social dignity, remarked a political analyst.
