YS Jagan Grossly Overestimating MAVIGUN?

YS Jagan is a hardline politician with extreme political gameplay, and that is the reason why he perhaps ends grabbing all the media attention every now and again. The most recent occurrence is the case of MAVIGUN which has been trending on socials for the last week or so. 

And now there is a new political turn in AP politics as ABN came up with a problematic report on YCP. Some poor choice of words that were used by ABN to criticise the political activity of YCP was hit back by the YCP cadres. 

However, YCP supporters crossed the line during their protests as they allegedly created a violent atmosphere at the ABN office in Hyderabad. This became a new political discourse on its own and invited a reaction from Jagan.

But in response to this, Jagan had a peculiar statement of his own. He took the occasion to hype up his MAVIGUN proposal and went a bit overboard with the same.

“The real issue is that, unable to counter the “MAVIGUN” proposal politically, Chandrababu Naidu and his aligned media have resorted to diversion, misinformation, propaganda, and abuse.” Jagan pointed out. 

If anything, this ABN issue could momentarily divert the social media attention from MAVIGUN which is getting endless trolled on social media. Ever since Jagan made this coin term in front of the media, MAVIGUN is getting ridiculed by virtually everyone on socials, except for YCP cadres who are battling hard to defend Jagan. 

The fact that Jagan said this ABN issue is to divert MAVIGUN hype is an indication that he has grossly miscalculated the scenario. It is strange to see a former CM being so unaware of all the trolling and negativity that’s been happening on his new coin term, pointed out a seasoned observer.
