Vijay’s New OSG: Backfired Badly On 1st Day!

When the people of Tamil Nadu delivered the electoral mandate for the year 2026, it was very clear that they wanted a complete turnaround from the previous Stalin administration. They got vexed with recommendation politics and nominated positions and wanted something completely different from Vijay.

But it turns out that Vijay has done the exact same thing that people had not expected from him in the first place. He has appointed his personal astrologer Rickey Radhan Pandit as the special OSD for the chief minister.

This will essentially mean that astrologer of CM Vijay will be paid by the government at an official capacity now. The fact that Vijay has appointed someone from his personal team to a government nominated position has not gone well with anyone.

People are absolutely frustrated by the fact that the government will have to pay the monthly salary and provide additional benefits to a person of interest, who is a part of Vijay’s personal team.

He will be provided with additional benefits at the expense of the state exchequer and this wasn’t expected from someone like Vijay, who promised to bring a new wave of politics.

If such incidents happen in the future, then there is every chance that Vijay might face the same old problem of being seen as a typical politician, and this is not going to end well for him.

Reportedly, Pandit had also worked with former CM Jayalalithaa earlier and had a reputed role to play in her administration. Now he’s back in the news this time around for Vijay and it shall be seen if he’d be successful with regard to the TVK chief.
