Kapu Leaders Limiting Pawan Kalyan’s Growth?

There is a clash between two sides in Ponnur Constituency. The issue has taken caste colour and political colour like everything in Andhra Pradesh. Kapu Leader Dasari Ramu went to the village and made it a Kamma Vs Kapu issue.

Obviously, he tried to corner TDP MLA Dhulipalla Narendra saying that those attacked Kapu farmers are his supporters and from the Kamma Community.

The matter is not over there. He also invoked Pawan Kalyan in the issue and threatened to teach him a lesson if he does not speak about such things happening in the state.

People like Dasari Ramu are doing a disservice to the community by invoking Pawan Kalyan in every issue.

The matter is between two groups. Caste and Political Colours are completely unnecessary. Invoking Pawan Kalyan is even more unnecessary.

When people of the Kamma or Reddy communities are killed, or when attacks are perpetrated against them, the community leaders do not push Chandrababu, Lokesh, or Jagan to respond.

This is because they possess the political acumen to realize that doing so would effectively confine their leaders’ stature to a single caste identity.

However, the so-called leaders of the Kapu community always point fingers at Pawan Kalyan whenever even a minor issue arises anywhere in the state.

They want Pawan Kalyan to involve in every petty issue if one or members of the Kapu Community are involved.

Members of the Kapu community are present across all political parties, and conflicts can arise for any number of reasons.

If Pawan Kalyan sits and talks about every issue, he is only confining himself to a single caste. That is clearly an attempt to prevent him from rising politically beyond the confines of caste.

Once that happens, neither Pawan Kalyan nor Janasena will emerge as a formidable political force.

Even though Kammas support TDP and Reddys support YSR Congress, the support of only those communities is not enough for political parties to sustain in politics.

Pawan Kalyan realized it already. In a meeting recently, he appealed to everyone to see him as the leader for all castes, asked not to limit him to single caste.

The sooner the Kapu leaders realize it, the better it is for Janasena and also in the overall interests of the community.
