Despite Drones Attack, Lokesh Continues Russia Trip

Just before the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum began, reports of Ukrainian drone strikes near St. Petersburg created tension and heavy security alerts in the region. The developments led to uncertainty among many participants attending the summit.
