Janasena In Modi’s Cabinet, As Complicated As It Can Get!

There were indications that the expansion of Narendra Modi’s Cabinet is round the corner. Janasena is expecting a berth to expand its footprint in the National Politics.

The Party Sources say Prime Minister Narendra Modi already promised Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan to give one. Janasena currently has two MPs in Lok Sabha and one in Rajya Sabha.

If the Seniority is anything to go by Machilipatnam MP Baalashouri will be the first choice given that he has been MP for the third time and is also in many Parliamentary committees in the Past.

Another Lok Sabha MP Uday Srinivas is a first-timer and Rajya Sabha MP Lingamaneni Ramesh has been just nominated to the Upper House.

But then, Baalashouri and Uday Srinivas are both from Pawan Kalyan’s Communy. Already there is enough criticism that Janasena is giving too much importance and opportunities to the Community.

Giving it to Lingamaneni Ramesh will open a Pandora’s box, as his nomination itself has already created a stir over various issues. People were critical for preferring him over the leaders who worked for the party for years.

So it will be interesting to see who gets the chance. It is definitely not an easy pick if Narendra Modi decides to accommodate one from Janasena.
