Mangalagiri Gets the MLA It Deserves!

Nara Lokesh started his political career on a very tough note as he sustained a significant defeat from the Mangalagiri constituency in the 2019 election, which had a clear Jagan wave. He has now started to rip the rewards for his consistent hard work, which resulted in a tremendous victory by more than 91,000 votes majority in 2024.

The primary promise that Lokesh made to the people of constituency is that he would standby them, regardless of the electoral mandate. But the good thing is that the people consistently trusted in him and gave him a resigning victory in 2024.

Now, Lokesh is standing by this promise by always staying close to the people of Mangalagiri. He completed a historical implementation the other day.

As part of the housing program, Lokesh distributed permanent house titles to the poor from Mangalagiri and Tadepalli mandals at the meeting organized at the Mangalagiri CK Convention Center.

Lokesh stated “In line with the assurance given before the election we provided house titles for 3,000 houses in the first phase. Today, in the second phase, we are providing permanent titles to 3,000 people. We are providing land worth approximately 1000 crores.”

Apart from these benefit transfer programmes, Lokesh is always accessible to the people of Mangalagiri and frequently holds Praja Darbar too. This has translated into him, gaining a significant position in this constituency, which is now a stronghold for TDP.

According to our ground reports, many encroached and neglected lakes and ponds across villages in the constituency are being restored under Lokesh’s administration. The initiative is reducing water pollution, controlling mosquito breeding, and bringing these water bodies back to their original condition.

On the other hand, the much needed 100 bed hospital is nearing completion. Eco parks are being developed, graveyards are being built for every religion, and roads across the constituency are being repaired.

Lokesh knows how hard it was for him to win the trust of the Mangalagiri people, and now that he has achieved it, he is doing everything in his power to sustain and live up to the reputation. From being a tough note for TDP for the last three decades, Mangalagiri has now painted yellow picture thanks to Lokesh and his consistency.
