If Bonda Uma Is Not Handled Well, It Will Send A Wrong Signal

Telugu Desam Party is upset about its MLA, Bonda Uma after he attended a memorial meeting for Mudragada Padmanabham in Guntur.

Uma shared stage with YSR Congress Senior Leader, Ambati Rambabu and also made some critical comments about the Kapu Community under this Government.

Telugu Desam Party served a showcause notice to the Senior MLA to explain why he shared dais with a YSR Congress leader.

“I did not attend the meeting organized by the YSR Congress. I attended the condolence meeting for Mudragada organized by former Jana Sena leader Dasari Ramu. I exchanged pleasantries with Ambati Rambabu when I saw him. Did Jyothula Nehru and Vangaveeti Radha not attend the condolence meeting organized by YCP leader Jakkampudi?Did Nara Lokesh and Pawan Kalyan not greet Botsa? Why am I being targeted?,” Bonda Uma told as quoted by the media.

This in any case does not appear like an explanation. It is clearly a dissent. There are rumors of Bonda Uma moving close to YSR Congress.

But nothing explains the fact how a sitting MLA chose to hobnob with the Opposition Party even though half of the term is left.

The Government will appear weak if the right message is not sent. This will send a very wrong signal to the Political Analysts and the Public if not handled properly.

We will have to see what Chandrababu Naidu will do now!
