Wah! CM Vijay Lifts Cases on NEET Protesters!

It is already known that India observed a round of protests regarding the recent NEET examination. This originated in Delhi and spread across the country with multiple cities like Chennai, Hyderabad and others also witnessing students outcry.

However, the sad part is that several state governments had instructed the concerned police departments to file cases against the students who took to the streets to protest. The case of Tamil Nadu was not dissimilar either.

But the good thing here is the chief minister Vijay, who had been following public friendly policy making has taken another quality decision in this regard. It is being established that the CM has instructed the authorities to lift the cases that were filed against students for the recent NEET protests.

Minister for School Education Rajmohan said following the directions of Chief Minister Vijay, the State government would withdraw all cases registered against students who protested against the NEET examination.

This is a very positive reinforcement from the chief minister, as he is valuing the protest and voice that was raised by the youth of the country. This is a very good step in upholding the democratic spirit, and the chief minister of Tamil Nadu needs to be appreciated.

This comes at a time when social media is burning against Delhi police for cracking down on students and protesters.
