Ambati Targeting the Guntur Parliament Seat?

Pemmasani Chandrashekar is already one of the most influential politicians in Andhra Pradesh in his very first campaign from Guntur Parliament segment. This reflected in the fact that TDP chief Chandrababu promoted him as union minister in his very first term in the office.

Considering the supreme vocabulary skills and honest intentions of this Guntur MP, YCP is finding it extremely hard to even find a worthy candidate against him. After watching the working mechanism and local favouritism for Pemmasani, the YCP ranks have already given upon this parliament seat for good.

But the YCP leadership is left with no other option to find a notable leader to come up against this TDP giant in Guntur Parliament segment one way or another.

This is precisely where party Senior leader Ambati Rambabu is entering the scene. He has been extensively targeting Pemmasani for the last few months, and now he has made it for more interesting releasing a video song against him.

Previously, when Ambati’s house was vandalised by unidentified people after he severely abused CM Chandrababu, he shifted the narrative against Pemmasani. He gave the implication that the TDP MP lost civil sanity and enjoyed it while his house was being vandalised.

Now he has simplified it by releasing a full video song, where he is questioning the integrity of Pemmasani and defaming his image. This video is going viral on social media.

Considering the scale of the political campaign that Ambati has launched against Chandrashekar, it could be indicative of the fact that he is preparing for a big battle against the financially sound TDP giant from Guntur.

Ambati mostly contested from Sattenapalli assembly constituency till now. But considering that YCP does not have even a reasonable candidate against Pemmasani who’s growing in stature already, the need of the hour for a worthy candidate could’ve opened doors for Rambabu.

All the markers are clearly indicating that Ambati could be preparing for a fight against Pemmasani in the coming parliament election from Guntur. But considering the immaculate public acceptance that Pemmasani is able to get in his first campaign, even competing against him is a tough shot, let alone winning, comments a local expert who is versed with local politics.
