Why Not Kuppam? To Why Not Pulivendula?

YSR Congress ran an aggressive campaign before the 2024 elections with a slogan ‘Why Not Kuppam?’.

Using brute force, the party managed to win the local elections in Kuppam and so, they started peddling a narrative that Chandrababu Naidu is vulnerable in Kuppam and will be defeated.

But then, we all know the result of 2024.

Chandrababu Naidu won Kuppam for the ninth time on a trot and also became the Chief Minister with record majority. YSR Congress was reduced to just eleven seats in that election.

Now times have changed and YSR Congress is struggling even in its strongholds to compete.

Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy already announced not contesting in Punganur. If the indications are to be believed, TDP is on its way to win Pulivendula Municipal Elections as well.
