AP CM Chandrababu Naidu has reached out to Tamil Nadu CM Vijay for support as the state prepares for Cyclone Murusu. With the cyclone expected to damage a large number of electricity poles, Chandrababu has requested additional manpower and machinery to restore power supply quickly.
Vijay responded positively and assured that Tamil Nadu would send the required staff and equipment to AP.
Telangana electricity teams are already assisting AP in restoring the network damaged by Cyclone Arnab. Chandrababu is also looking at seeking Karnataka’s support if the situation demands.
