Firebrand leader JC Diwakar Reddy once again made it to the headlines. On Tuesday, JC reached the Telangana Assembly and directly went to the Congress Legislature Party chamber. He met his old friends after a long time and talked to them openly without inhibitions.
During this chit-chat, JC commented that Congress party has no future in both the Telugu states. “It is a pity to see Congress in such a state. I have informed Sonia Gandhi that Congress will lose heavily if the state is bifurcated. Yet my opinion is ignored and now the situation is pathetic. Probably Congress would have survived if it had gone for ‘Rayala Telangana.’ But Telangana leaders opposed this move citing Seema leaders would once again dominate Telangana,” said JC.
The ex-MP also reacted to YS Sharmila’s political party in Telangana. “Even if Sharmila manages to get five percent of vote share, it’s a big deal. A national party is behind Sharmila,” added JC. But he did not reveal which party is it.
“Nobody died for YSR in Telangana and it’s a huge luck factor that favoured Kiran Kumar Reddy to become the CM. But I must say that national parties are best. I had no other choice rather than to restrict himself to a regional party,” quipped JC.
On the CID notices to Chandrababu, he commented that just a couple of police officers came and served notice. Take the case if Jagan and his Vijayasai Reddy. “To serve notices to Jagan and Vijayasai, they should be sent in trucks,” said JC.
The visuals of JC meeting Telangana Congress leaders are all over the top news channels while his comments are in for a debate.
