Janasena Stays Away From Ratna Prabha’s Nomination

It was only yesterday that BJP’s Tirupati Lok Sabha by-election candidate Ratna Prabha told the media that Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan is very happy with her candidacy and that he will surely campaign for her ahead of the polls. However, the complete absence of Janasena during Ratna Prabha’s nomination in Nellore earlier today proves that all is still not well between Pawan and BJP.

Only AP BJP chief Somu Veerraju and a few other local BJP leaders were present while Ratna Prabha filed the nomination papers. Earlier today, senior Janasena leader Nadendla Manohar took part in the BJP-Janasena coordination committee meeting earlier along with Somu Veerraju and others in Tirupati. Nadendla urged Janasena supporters to work in harmony with the BJP cadres and ensure Ratna Prabha’s victory.

Even though BJP leaders had said that Janasena leaders will carry out a rally in support of Ratna Prabha’s candidacy, there has been no response from Pawan Kalyan’s party, leading to new speculations. In this scenario, whether or not Pawan will campaign for Ratna Prabha in the coming days remains to be seen.
