Revanth Reddy Begins His Work!

After getting appointed as the new Telangana-PCC, Revanth Reddy vowed that his aim is to dethrone KCR and dismantle the TRS government. But that’s one hell of a task yet Revanth can’t be underestimated. Is he getting ready for a big battle with the KCR led TRS government? Well the Gandhi Bhavan sources confirm so and in order to revive the Congress party’s status in Telangana, Revanth is planning a ‘Paadayatra’ (walkathon).

Earlier late YS Rajasekhar Reddy, Chandrababu Naidu and YS Jagan Mohan Reddy toured the Telugu states on foot and this helped them to win the subsequent elections. Taking the queue from it, Revanth has decided to go for it despite the hardship.

Simultaneously many seniors within the Congress party are upset with Revanth. But then these so-called seniors have less influence at the high command and also among the people. Regardless of these partially influential leaders who continuously make noise in the media, Revanth wants to go ahead with the ‘Paadayatra.’

Accordingly Revanth decided to side line all the seniors and wants to open his arms for leaders who can walk with him. The Malkajgiri MP is also of the opinion that sitting in Gandhi Bhavan and commenting on media will not be enough to dethrone KCR from CM chair. Revanth knows that gathering public support and making an impression among them would bring better outcome for the Congress party.

In all likelihood Revanth will be taking over as the Telangana PCC chief on July 7th and on the very day he might announce his ‘Paadayatra’ details. From Alampur to Adilabad, Revanth is planning to cover all the 33 districts in Telangana. Being the head of the state, the Congress high command will certainly give its permission for Revanth and it will also pressure the seniors in T-Congress to support him.

That way Revanth Reddy has begun his work and soon we are going to witness his style of politics in Telangana.
