Being the Chief Minister, CM YS Jagan spends most of the time in closed doors holding meetings and reviews. Breaking the chain, Jagan played cricket and displayed his batting skills.
Going into details Jagan is on a two day visit to Kadapa and Anantapur districts. As part of his tour, Jagan visited the Raja Reddy stadium.
This stadium is getting equipped with floodlights with an estimation budget of Rs 4 crore and Jagan took part in the foundation for the same.
Then the staff of the stadium requested Jagan to play cricket. A bat and cricket gloves were provided to Jagan. Hitting the ball cleanly upon Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy’s bowling, Jagan showed some batting skill.
Looks like Jagan played cricket in his childhood and he might have revisited those days. The officers and security who were behind the stumps clapped after Jagan sent the ball towards leg side.
Jagan then signed the bat and ball he played and presented them to stadium staff.
