3 MLAs in AP Under House Arrest

The authorities in AP struggle to restore law and order, enforcing section 144 and deploying 19 watch parties in Narasaraopeta, Macharla, and Gurajala. Police have detained three YSRCP MLAs—Kasu Mahesh Reddy, Gopireddy Srinivasa Reddy, and Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy—placing them under house arrest. They’ve warned against violence after clashes erupted between groups in recent days. The police officials are closely monitoring the situation to restore normalcy at the earliest.
