Nara Lokesh began his tenure as Minister for Human Resources, IT, and Electronics by signing the preliminary draft of Mega DSC rules to fill 16,347 positions. Accompanied by Vedic chants, Lokesh’s actions were observed in room 208 of the Secretariat, where he forwarded the file for cabinet consideration.
