Emergency Session Called by Delhi LG Post Heavy Rainfall

Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena convened an emergency meeting with all concerned agencies to review the situation after heavy rainfall caused severe waterlogging across the city. He directed the creation of a 24/7 control room, deployment of additional pumps, and immediate removal of debris blocking drains. The LG also canceled leaves for senior officers to ensure a coordinated response to the crisis.
