Supreme Court Clears Jaya Prada’s Jail Sentence in ESIC Case

Actress and former MP Jaya Prada has received legal relief in several cases against her. The Supreme Court set aside her jail sentence in an ESIC dues case, while a Rampur court acquitted her in a 2019 election code violation case. The Allahabad High Court also allowed her to withdraw petitions against non-bailable warrants.
