The CRPF has permanently withdrawn the 58th battalion from Hanumakonda, where it was established in 1990 due to Maoist threats. As the Maoist influence has decreased, the battalion will be relocated to Manipur. Additionally, 238 soldiers from the G 58 and B 58 battalions will also be transferred.
