The ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of a 1,000-megawatt Google AI Hub in Visakhapatnam will be laid in the first week of April. The government initially allocated 480 acres in three areas in Visakhapatnam and Anakapalle districts for the data center. However, when Google representatives requested additional land, the government allocated 266.6 acres in Tarluvada of the Anandapuram mandal, 160 acres in Adivivaram, and 1748 acres in Rambilli of Anakapalle district, totaling 6014 acres of land. The foundation stone for the construction of the data center will be laid in Tarluvada first.
