Food delivery giant Zomato has increased its platform fee by ₹2.40 per order. The charge has now gone up from ₹12.50 to ₹14.90 (excluding GST). With taxes included, customers will pay around ₹17.58 as platform fee on every order. The move is aimed at improving margins as delivery and operational costs continue to rise.
