“Jagan Betrayed Sharmila”: Vijayamma’s Shocking Statement

It appears like YS Vijaya Lakshmi (Vijayamma) is mincing no words in saying Jagan Mohan Reddy has betrayed his sister, Sharmila. In a notarized Affidavit of the ongoing case in the NCLT, she said Jagan had done injustice to his sister and her children regarding assets.

She stated that no division of assets ever took place, and that all assets existing up until YS’s passing remained family assets.

“It was YSR’s intention that all his assets be distributed equally among his four grandchildren. This was, in fact, his directive. This is a truth known to all those close to the family. Every asset allocated to Sharmila in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) rightfully belongs to her. Jagan drafted the MoU in accordance with Sharmila’s entitlements,” she said.

Vijaya Lakshmi says Jagan even gave less assets to Sharmila even while drafting the MOU. “In reality, he allocated to her even less than what was rightfully due to her. Assets such as Saraswati Cements, as well as the land in Yelahanka, belong to Sharmila. All the money he claims to have given Sharmila thus far constitutes nothing more than dividends,” she wrote.

“With regard to the assets, Jagan has, to date, treated his nephew and niece unfairly. As a mother, I hope that he will do justice at least now. Both God and my son know the truth of the matter. I declare, with God as my witness, that everything I have stated herein is nothing but the absolute truth,” she asserted.

Our readers are aware that after differences, Jagan claims the assets noted in the MOU are his hard-earned and he gave them out of love to his sister.

He is trying to cancel the Gift Deed since his love for sister was lost in the wake of recent events and so he is seeking the cancelation.

YSR if alive would have divided the assets rightfully but then, since he passed away unexpectedly in a chopper crash, Sharmila is left to the mercy of Jagan Mohan Reddy in getting her rightful share.

Going by what Vijaya Lakshmi is saying, Jagan, at least offered to give something to Sharmila initially but once she turned against him, he is trying to denying everything from his father’s properties.
