2,620 Personnel Security for Prime Minister’s Visit

Malkajgiri Commissioner B. Sumathi announced that security detail comprising 2,620 personnel is being deployed for PM Modi’s visit to Hyderabad. She clarified that specialized units—including OCTOPUS, Intelligence, the IT Cell, SHE Teams, the Bomb Disposal Squad, and sniffer dog squads—will be on duty, and entry will be granted into the venue premises only after a thorough security check.
