Petbasheerabad police produced Bandi Bhagirath, who was arrested in connection with a POCSO case, before Medchal Magistrate who remanded him to judicial custody for 14 days. Subsequently, he was shifted to Cherlapally Jail. Prior to this, SIT officials interrogated him for over two hours. He underwent medical examinations at the Medchal Government Hospital before being brought to the court.
