The Election Commission has announced biennial elections for 24 Rajya Sabha seats across 10 states on June 18. Several senior leaders are set to retire in June and July. Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat and Karnataka will each witness elections for four seats in the upcoming Upper House battle.
