Court Delivered Verdict On Telegram Ban Challenge

Telegram suffered a major legal setback as the Delhi High Court dismissed its plea against the Centre’s temporary ban imposed over the NEET re examination issue. Justice Tejas Karia upheld the government’s action under the IT Act, allowing the restriction to continue until June 22 and denying any interim relief.
