Death Penalty For 38 In 2008 Blast Case

The Gujarat High Court upheld the trial court’s verdict in the 2008 Ahmedabad serial blasts case, confirming the death penalty for 38 convicts. The court also upheld life imprisonment for 11 others. The blasts, which killed over 50 people and injured hundreds, remain one of India’s deadliest terror attacks.
