An Indian sailor named Suraj Yadav died after commercial ship named MV Cape Dao was hit by two torpedoes near the Oman coast. The ship was heading to India with 28 crew members, including 20 Indians. Omani authorities managed to save 19 other Indian sailors. India condemned the tragic attack and asked for safer sea routes.
