This is how SRH can qualify for the playoffs

After five consecutive losses, Sunrisers Hyderabad finally tasted a win last night in the IPL 2021. The men in orange won against Rajasthan Royals and registered their second win of the season. Until now, SRH played 10 games and won only two of them.

Though they are almost out of the playoff contention, they can still manage to sneak into the top four positions mathematically. Interesting this is that SRH can also qualify for the playoffs without the net run rate coming into play.

But it comes with two conditions:

  1. SRH needs to win all their remaining games.
  2. MI, KKR, PBKS, and RR win only one game in each of their respective remaining matches.

If these two factors are fulfilled, then Sunrisers will qualify for the playoffs even without the net run rate coming into consideration.

Meanwhile, fans have already made a chart making the permutations and combinations that help SRH to qualify for the playoffs. These prediction charts are now going viral on social media.
