It is already known that Chennai Super Kings fans fondly referred to MS Dhoni as Thala. This is a token of love and appreciation as the word “Thala” translates to big head and respected leader.
Interestingly enough, it must be noted that Tamil people have not one, but two Thalas. While one Thala is an on screen superstar Ajith Kumar who had been carrying this tag for many decades now, the other is off screen Thala MS Dhoni.
Incidentally, these two much loved individuals in the Tamil markets have come together today in the game between Chennai and Hyderabad.
While Dhoni is obviously leading Chennai in the game, Ajith came to spectate the same from the stands. The picture of these two “Thalas” in one frame is trending on social media.
Incidentally, Ajith Kumar and another superstar Sivakarthikeyan had arrived at the Chennai Stadium to spectate the match between Chennai and Hyderabad today.
