Young Boy To IPL Record Holder: Here’s Look At Vaibhav’s Journey!

Since last night, every single discussion about the IPL is revolving around this wonder boy cricketer named Vaibhav Suryavanshi. While he traditionally hails from Bihar, he is a part of the Rajasthan Royals IPL franchise and he is also a record holder now.

After his historic knock against Gujarat Titans last night, where he became the youngest player in history to score in IPL century, Vaibhav is one of the most celebrated names in the Indian cricketing scene.

At a young age of 14 years, Vaibhav hold the record for the youngest player in IPL to score a century and also holds the record for the fastest century by any Indian(35 balls).

Pictures of Vaibhav from his childhood are now going viral on social media. The pictures of him as a six year old boy when he attended a game of Rising Pune Super Gaints back in 2017 have now started to surface on social media.

Also, there are several videos and footage of Vaibhav practising cricket right from a young age, which eventually made him the kind of wonder boy cricketer that he is today. We clearly see the kind of hard work and dedication that went into his sculpting as a cricketer today.

This historic century did not just give Vaibhav a strong record that would stay in IPL record books for many years, but it also rejuvenated the chances of Rajasthan Royals who were mulling at the bottom of the table. They have now gone up to 8th position and stand a theoretical chance of qualifying for playoffs.
