All Time Record: 300 Scored in T20I For 1st Time!

For the first time in history of Cricket, a full member cricket team is able to score whopping 300 runs in a single T20 innings and this pleasantly surprising incident happened last night.

This remarkable achievement of scoring 300 runs in a single T20 innings happened while England faced South Africa in the second T20 match of the ongoing series.

After being put to bat first in the T20 match, England scored a shocking 304 runs in their opening innings. This came on the back of the sensational batting performances of Philip Salt and Jos Butler.

Phillips salt scored 141 runs from 60 deliveries while Jose Butler scored 83 runs from 30 deliveries. These two players created an absolute bloodbath in the first batting innings of England and ultimately propelled their score to 304 runs.

In response to this, South Africa could score only 158 runs and ended up losing the game by a margin of 146 runs. This goes down as one of the biggest victories in the history of T20 cricket for England and appreciably so as well.
