There was once a time when the cricket matches between India and Pakistan used to be absolute fire. All of India would be closely, anticipating this game and be glued to the television for the entirety of the match.
But that is not even remotely the case these days as the matches between India and Pakistan have become largely irrelevant. There is no fire atmosphere between the two teams and the outcomes are also largely predictable.
Coming to the topic now, India is going to face Pakistan again in the ongoing Asia Cup tournament tonight, and this will be the second time that these two teams are coming face-to-face in a week’s time.
Coincidentally, this game is also going to be played at the famous Dubai international Stadium, which had hosted the earlier game between the two sides last Sunday.
The previous game itself was a disappointing affair with minimal turnout. So it has to be seen if the case would be any different this time around. There is not a lot of expectation here, but there could be room for some sudden surprise.
Pakistan is of match to India on paper in recent years, and this is one of the primary reasons why fans have lost interest in these encounters. A similar scenario is being observed this year as India is absolutely unstoppable with three wins in as many games in the group stages.
It would take a humongous effort from Pakistan, if they are to post a significant challenge to India in the game tonight and it has to be seen if this would be possible in any which way. The game is going to start at 8 PM at the famous Dubai international stadium, as reported earlier.
