Today, November 15, happens to be the last and final day for the finalisation of IPL retentions ahead of the auction that is coming up in December. Teams are mandated to announce their official list of retained players by the end of the day today.
So the deadline day has warranted multiple trade deals as leading franchise like Chennai, Mumbai, and Hyderabad have started to communicate their trade agreements.
The biggest announcement came in the form of Chennai Super Kings trading Ravindra Jadeja and Sam Curran in exchange for Sanju Samson from Rajasthan Royals.
Then came a series of announcements from Mumbai as they confirmed the trades made to bring in Mayank Markhende from KKR. Arjun Tendulkar has been sent from Mumbai to Lucknow.
Delhi Capitals traded Nitish Rana from Rajasthan and he will be playing for Delhi from now. In response to this, Delhi has given their own player Donovan Ferraira to Rajasthan.
Sunrisers Hyderabad have let go off Mohammed Shami, who will be playing for Lucknow team from next year. Considering that there is no news about Heinrich Klaasen, it could be announced indication that he is retained by Hyderabad.
