One of the better fought and adequately entertaining bilateral ODI series in recent years happened between India and South Africa with the final deciding game happening in Vizag.
This game came to close a short while back and it was a one sided affair in favor of India. The men in blue conquered South Africa, in this Vizag ODI game, which was largely in a favour from the halfway point in the first innings.
The best thing about this game is that Telugu boy Rohit Sharma was absolutely brilliant with the bat despite the fact that he missed out on another century. He scored a blistering 75 in the second innings and formed a strong partnership with Yashashwi Jaiswal, who scored 116.
Virat Kohli was equally good with the bat as he got to 65 runs in just 45 balls. In the end, India completed the game with many overs to spare as the target of 270 proved to be largely underwhelming.
