What a Progress! 14-Year-Old Vaibhav Becomes India Captain

Indian cricket has the rich recitation of producing some of the brightest young prospects in global cricket and this is again called to action as a 14 year old Indian cricket sensation has started to make the right noise. 

The youngster in discussion here is obviously 14 year old Vaibhav Suryavanshi who has been appointed as the new captain of the Indian U19 team. 

With Ayush Mhatre & Vihaan Malhotra unavailable due to injury, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi is all set to lead Team India in South Africa and this will be his maiden team appearance as the captain of the side.

At just 14 years old, Vaibhav is one of the extremely talented youngsters in Indian cricket and he is now going to grow on his legacy further by captaining the U19 team at such a young age. This must be a historic moment not just for him professionally as a player but also for the Indian team. 

Vaibhav is already a sensation in IPL and the domestic Indian cricket circuit and he’s now bound to take it up further a notch with this appointment as the U19 captain.
