NZ Captain Sends Chilling Message: Should India Be Cautious?

It is already known that the much anticipated finale clash between India and New Zealand in the ongoing T20 World Cup is scheduled to be played this Sunday. While the anticipation is building up on the same here is what the New Zealand captain Mitchell Santner had to say on the same.

While addressing the Media before the upcoming T20 World Cup finale, Mitchell Santner pointed out that he would not mind breaking many hearts in the World Cup final game.

“We wouldn’t mind breaking a few hearts to win the World Cup” Santner said. This is an indication of the preparedness of the New Zealand team and its captain ahead of the big game tomorrow.

On paper, India might be a significantly stronger than New Zealand, but the kiwi can never be underestimated at any capacity. This statistics are also clearly in favour of New Zealand as India has never won against New Zealand in T20 World Cup game till now.

New Zealand might not appear to be as strong as Australia or South Africa, but they are a very spirited team on their day and hard to beat.

On that note, India is taking several superstitious measures ahead of the game as they’re staying at a different hotel from the earlier hotel that was used during the 2023 World Cup that ended up in heart break to India.

It must also be noted that a combination of red soil and black soil pitches are being used for the final game tomorrow. India will need to be absolutely on top of their game to register a win in this crucial game.
