Game Of Season IPL 2026, But Who Won?

One of the most entertaining games of the ongoing season of the Indian Premier League completed just a few minutes back, and it can be certainly categorised as the game of the tournament till now.

This closely fought encounter featured Delhi Capitals and Gujarat Titans with both of them toiling hard for the victory till the very last ball. 

Gujarat batted first, and they scored an impressive 210 runs in the first innings. But Delhi started the chase very well, and this was largely thanks to the scintillating knock from KL Rahul. 

At one point, it looks like Delhi would easily walk away with the game with enough wickets at hand. But Gujarat pulled things back very well in the final few hours before again, considering big runs in the 19th October, as Mohammed Siraj giveaway 23 runs against a brutal David Miller.

David Miller, who had delivered some of the classic runs in IPL over the years was back on the job. When 8 runs were needed from three deliveries, Miller hit a massive six out of the stadium, and everyone thought this would be the end of the game. But Gujarat ended up defining these two runs off the last two balls. 

This would now go on as one of the most entertaining games of the season and perhaps can even be called the most thrilling game of the tournament till now. In the end, Gujarat ended up winning by a small margin of 2 runs against a high flying Delhi team.
