Heartbreak For SRH: Eliminated By Vaibhav!

Sunrisers Hyderabad had a pretty strong run in the ongoing season of IPL and there were one of the favourites to win the league this year. However, things did not go their way in the play-offs.

Hyderabad came up against Rajasthan Royals in the crucial eliminator game tonight and they were of no match to the latter.

Rajasthan was entirely carried by talented youngster Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who scored a breathtaking 97 from 28 deliveries. This outrageously, talented young boy played one of the greatest innings of IPL history and he was the point of difference.

Thanks to this sensational batting performance from Vaibhav, Rajasthan was able to get to 243 runs. In response to this, Hyderabad got off to a very bad start with the departure of Abhishek Sharma, and this was followed by some poor batting through the course.

This will mean that Hyderabad has been elevated from the tournament in the eliminator stage. The dream of winning the IPL after nearly a decade remains to be a distant one.

Rajasthan will be on Gujarat in the upcoming game, and the winner of this game will be taken on Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the finale.
