Fitness Junkie Pooja Hegde shared a video clip from her workout session, where she kept the fitness game strong and performed some intense exercises. She was accompanied by her trainer Samir Purohit. Pooja captioned the video – “Slow and controlled movements. Try that next time”.
The video is highly inspiring and fans left comments for the video, including actress Esha Gupta. Pooja ruled out the misconception that a workout has to be hard and fast in order for it to be effective. The slow movements she did gave a prolonged time of tension on the muscle – further developing strength. And now we know how Pooja stays so fit. No pain no gain!
The dusky siren looks super toned and gorgeous in red athleisure, busy building muscle with the right technique. On the work front, the actress is busy with her next release Radhe Shyam. The film which was supposed to release on 14 January has been postponed. Pooja also has Koratala Siva’s Acharya and Nelson Dilipkumar directorial Beast up.
