Leading food delivery chain, Zomato brought a new feature and it is to deliver any order in 10 minutes to its customers. Founder of Zomato Deepinder Goyal announced this new feature and added that the new feature will ensure hygienic food, faster delivery with no compromise on the taste.
This new initiative was brutally trolled on social media. Netizens shared memes on Zomato’s ‘10 Minutes Delivery’ and they are hilarious in nature. In one of the memes, the delivery boy was seen kicking the order and it directly falls on the roof of the address where it is supposed to be delivered.
Popular parody account Rofl Gandhi posted a meme of the delivery boy on a bike with an LPG cylinder tied to his back and a stove before him on the fuel tank.
Another user shared a GIF of the delivery boy kicking the commuters to reach the destination as quickly as possible to deliver the order in 10 minutes.
Seeing the trolls, Zomato founder Deepinder issued clarification that the ’10 Minutes Delivery’ is restricted to a particular area and also on the presence of delivery guys at the nearby location.
Yet the trolling hasn’t stopped.
