Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan received death threats in June, only days after singer Sidhu Moosewala was killed by gangsters on May 29.
Reports arrive that Salman Khan has applied for a gun license. The actor visited Mumbai Police headquarters today and met with officials for a gun license. Salman Khan reportedly said he wants to own a gun to protect himself and his family.
Salman Khan’s visit was for physical verification before the licensing authority. Salman Khan and his father Salim Khan received a threat letter allegedly from Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who by then got killed Sidhu Moose Wala through his gang members. Salim Khan found the unsigned letter on a bench where he sits daily after jogging in the morning.
Lawrence Bishnoi threatened Salman Khan in 2018 too, for the black buck poaching case as the Bishnoi tribe considers Black bucks sacred. Bishnoi had been serving jail time in Delhi’s Tihar.
