Former US President Donald Trump’s real estate company, The Trump Organization, is looking to invest in high-end luxury properties next year and five cities in India are likely to attract these investments. One of the five cities is happening Hyderabad.
Going into details, Trump’s company has exclusive licensing agreement in association with Delhi based Tribeca Developers which is promoted by Kalpesh Mehta who introduced the Trump brand in the Indian sub-continent. Kalpesh officially announced these investments in the presence of Donald Trump Jr, the Vice President of the Trump Organisation.
Tribeca Developers will invest in Trump’s luxury properties which is worth Rs 2500 crore. One project each in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune and Delhi NCR are being planned. Besides these cities, projects in Chandigarh and Ludhiana are in pipeline. A total of dozen projects worth Rs 5000 crore was proposed but the initial investment would be the above mentioned numbers.
Trump Towers are currently located in Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon and Kolkata and with the latest investment proposal, the Trump Organization is making inroads to southern India.
