KTR’s Father-In-Law Passes Away!

Telangana Minister KTR’s father-in-law and CM KCR’s close relative Pakala Harinatha Rao passed away. He was unwell for a while. He suffered a heart attack and he was rushed to AIG hospitals, Gachibowli. Harinatha Rao breathed his last at the hospital. His body has been shifted to their house at Rayadurgam. 

Hearing the news, CM KCR rushed to the house and consoled daughter-in-law Shailima, grandchildren Alekhya Rao, Himanshu who were grief-stricken. KTR’s sister and MLC Kavitha, home minister Mahmood Ali, GHMC Mayor Vijayalakshmi and other leaders have visited and offered condolences. 

Earlier, Congress president Revanth Reddy had made some shocking allegations against Harinatha Rao and alleged that he had managed to get an ST certificate through which he got a DFO job. He had alleged that Harinath was drawing a monthly pension as well. Revanth asked how KTR’s father-in-law and belonged to the Velama community, got the ST certificate. Revanth’s political allegations had kicked up a furore. However, the issue has bitten the dust with the time.
