In yet another incident, a student of Srichaitanya college has committed suicide in Telangana. This incident has been reported at the Narsingi branch of Srichaitanya college and the victim is identified as Satwik who is pursuing his first year intermediate.
Satwik hanged to the fan in his class room. Media reports are coming out that the college management displayed negligence in shifting Satwik to a nearest hospital as soon as he was spotted hanging to the fan.
Outraged by Satwik’s untimely demise, his parents and college students staged a protest before the college entrance. The police stepped into the scene and lodged a complaint in connection with Satwik’s suicide. The vice principal of the college and wardens at the residential hostel are booked under appropriate sections. The police added that they are investigating the suicide incident.
In the recent past, Telangana has reported a couple of unwanted incidents related to students. Measures against ragging and handling the pressure during the exams are some of things, essential in every school and college. Unable to handle the pressure, the students are ending their lives in a split second.
