SS Rajamouli Among The Most Powerful Indians In 2023

The Indian Expresses released the list of 100 Most Powerful Indians in 2023. The politicians and business tycoons who influence many major things in the country obviously made it to the list. This time, more from the entertainment industry grabbed some places in the top 100.

RRR director SS Rajamouli is among the 100 Most Powerful Indians 2023. Rajamouli is ranked 95. The Telugu filmmaker emerged as an international sensation after a song Naatu Naatu from his RRR won an Oscar award. The Telugu audience already knows how powerful Rajamouli can be and it is not an exaggeration he would be climbing more ranks by next year.

Apart from Rajamouli, Bollywood actors Shahrukh Khan (at rank 50), Amitabh Bachchan (rank 87, new), Deepika Padukone (rank 97, new), Alia Bhatt (at rank 99, previously 97), and Ranveer Singh (at rank 100) made it to the list of 100 Most Powerful Indians this year.

The IE100 Most Powerful Indians list has Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Rank one followed by Amit Shah, S Jaishankar, DY Chandrachud, Yogi Adityanath, Mohan Bhagwat, JP Nadda, Nirmala Sitharaman, Mukhesh Ambani and Ajit Doval in the top 10.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is at rank 15 (previously at 51), Ap CM YS Jagan (at rank 58) ,and Cricketers Virat Kohli (rank 53) and Rohit Sharma (rank 83) also were named on the list.
