19-year-old Rajasthani girl Nandini Gupta has been crowned Femina Miss India World 2023. Delhi-based Shreya Poonja became the first runner-up and Manipur’s Thounaojam Strela Luwang remained the 2nd runner-up.
Nandini hails from the city of Kota, which happens to be the biggest coaching hub in the country for engineering and medical aspirants. She holds a degree in Business Management and is dedicated to taking up challenges and succeeding.
This prestigious 59th Femina Miss India World ceremony was held in Imphal, Manipur. Maniesh Paul and Bhumi Pednekar hosted the event and entertained the audience with their wit and humour. Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday performed at the event. Former winners Sini Shetty, Rubal Shekhawat, Shinata Chauhan, Manasa Varanasi, Manika Sheokand, Manya Singh, Suman Rao and Shivani Jadhav walked on the stage, wearing regal lehengas from Mohey.
This gala event witnessed the presence of various celebrities like fashion designer Namrata Joshipura, actress Neha Dhupia, boxer Laishram Sarita Devi, choreographer Terence Lewis and filmmaker Harshavardham Kulkarni.
