In a shocking incident that took place in Karnataka’s Chikkaballapur district, a man has been arrested for slitting the throat of another person and drinking his blood. The entire incident was captured on a mobile phone by the accused’s friend, which later went viral.
The accused, identified as Vijay, took this drastic step after suspecting his wife of having an extramarital affair with the victim, identified as Maresh. Accompanied by his friend John, Vijay lured Maresh to a nearby forest on June 19. It was there that he attacked Maresh, causing serious injuries to his throat, and proceeded to consume his blood. John recorded the horrifying act on his mobile phone.
After the incident, Maresh was rushed to a hospital, where he received medical treatment for his injuries. Fortunately, he has since been discharged and has returned home.
Maresh filed a complaint with the police, leading to the arrest of Vijay. Authorities are now investigating the case and gathering evidence to build a strong legal case against the accused.
This gruesome incident has sent shockwaves throughout the local community and has attracted significant attention due to the video footage circulating on social media. It serves as a reminder of the importance of addressing conflicts and disputes through peaceful means and seeking legal intervention instead of resorting to acts of violence.
The authorities are committed to ensuring justice in this case and taking appropriate action against those responsible for such heinous acts.
